Construction of a residential high-rise building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm (Monday to Saturday). During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel directly for any queries or concerns.

Please be advised BreakFree Diamond Beach is a 3 storey walk up property. While we try our best to allocate ground floor apartments for guests when requested, this unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. If you have any questions relating to this, please contact reception.

Surrounding Area Noise Works Notice:

Please note, due to the construction of the Gold Coast Light Rail in the area, there will be overnight works occurring which may cause noise disruption from 11 July to 31 December 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience.
